Capri

Throughout the Amalfi Coast, it is common to see signs along the road which mark each town or village. As you drive from one to the next, two signs will be posted together, one with the name of the town you are leaving with a distinctive red slash through it, and one with the name you are entering. This signals that you have left one town and entered another.

This Capri sign is found on the road from Anacapri to Capri, marking the transition from one side of the island to the other.
